The series builds its humor on how familiar fantasy structures crumble under audit: dragonslayers fear accounting, magic schools falsify documents, and adventure guilds are worse than any dungeon when it comes to bookkeeping. At the same time, the hero is not devoid of combat abilities, it’s just that his main weapons are rules, seals and an unexpectedly sharp mind. Gradually, a serious line is revealed: behind the chaos of the system are those who deliberately destroy order, and the inspector turns out to be the only one who sees the whole picture. This is a cheerful anime about the power of knowledge, about the fact that real power sometimes lives in the most unexpected forms, and about a hero who wins not with a sword, but with a memo.
