In the anime "The Useless Duty Officer and the Schoolgirl with a Too Short Skirt," romance and comedy grow from awkward situations that seem minor at first glance, but gradually reveal the characters' personalities. This is a light story about growing up and boundaries, where feelings do not appear on a schedule, but the moment you stop playing a role.
